Apple officially acknowledged this issue in their support document:

Symptoms

When you start the Boot Camp Assistant on an iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) computer that has a 3TB hard drive, the following message appears.

“Boot Camp does not support installing Windows on this Mac.”

Resolution

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) computers do not support installing Windows on the 3TB hard drive at this time.

This problem only happen to 27 inch iMac 2012 with 3TB fusion drive. 1TB version is a go. Apparently, the problem is caused by the capacity of the fusion drive. If this is the only problem. will you still consider to get an 3TB or 1TB iMac???
